103U
The Galion 103U Dump Body is designed for superior service on 9900 – 19500 GVWR cab/chassis. Constructed with 10-gauge high tensile steel, the 103U features robust floors, tailgate, head sheets, and sides. Its design includes front corner posts, two intermediate side braces, full-depth rear corner posts, and boxed “material-shedding” top rails for enhanced durability.
- Dimensions: Available in inside lengths from 8′ to 11′-6″, with an 84″ inside width. Choose between 13″ sides with a 19″ gate or 18″ sides with a 24″ gate.
- Sides: 10-gauge high tensile steel with material-shedding boxed top rails, full-depth 10″ rear corner posts, front side brace, and two intermediate vertical side braces.
- Floor: 10-gauge high tensile steel with a 2″ radius floor-to-side transition.
- Front Bulkhead: 10-gauge high tensile steel construction with a two-bend top flange.
- Tailgate: Heavy-duty cast quick-release top hardware and cast overshot lower hardware with a manual release handle.
- Lighting: Meets FMVSS108 requirements with oval stop/tail/turn lights recessed in the rear post. All lighting is recessed, shock-mounted, and comes with a factory wiring harness.
- Understructure: Stacked design utilizing 6″ structural longitudinals gusseted to 3″ structural channel crossmembers on 12″ centers, lubricated front and rear cross shaft, and full-width rear bolster.
- Safety Features: Includes a “body up” warning light and OSHA-required backup alarm.
- Finish: Glossy black thermoset powder coating over a thermoset zinc powder coat primer.

The Galion 133U Dump Body is designed for superior service on 9900 – 19500 GVWR cab/chassis. This model features a 3/16″ high tensile steel floor, 10-gauge high tensile steel tailgate, head sheets, and sides. Its robust construction includes stainless steel front corner posts, smooth sides, full-depth rear corner posts, and boxed “material-shedding” top rails.
- Dimensions: Available in inside lengths from 8′ to 11′-6″, with an 84″ inside width. Options include 13″ sides with a 19″ gate or 18″ sides with a 24″ gate.
- Sides: 10-gauge high tensile steel with material-shedding boxed top rails, full-depth 10″ rear corner posts, and a low-drag smooth design.
- Floor: 3/16″ high tensile steel with a 2″ formed-in-place floor-to-side radius.
- Front Bulkhead: 10-gauge high tensile steel construction with a two-bend top flange.
- Tailgate: 10-gauge high tensile steel, single-panel design with full perimeter box bracing, double-acting design with long chains, and two sets of banjo eyes.
- Tailgate Hardware: Heavy-duty all stainless cast quick-release top hardware and cast overshot lower hardware with a manual release handle.
- Lighting: Meets FMVSS108 requirements with oval stop/tail/turn lights recessed in the rear post. All lighting is recessed, shock-mounted, and comes with a factory wiring harness.
- Understructure: Crossmemberless design using 3/16″ x 100K steel formed into 5″ trapezoid longbeams, lubricated front and rear cross shafts, and a full-width rear bolster.
- Safety Features: Includes a “body up” warning light and OSHA-required backup alarm.
