Mid-State Truck Equipment – Parts Return Policy
Mid-State Truck Equipment (“MTE”) is committed to providing quality products and fair return procedures.
General Guidelines
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to standard stock items.
- Special-order, custom, or non-stock items are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical/electronic components.
- Custom or fabricated parts.
- Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage.
- Clearance or discounted items sold “as-is.”
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.
Return Authorization
Customers must obtain prior authorization from MTE before returning any part. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
MTE reserves the right to deny returns not meeting the above conditions.
