Mid-State Truck Equipment Warranty Statement
Mid-State Truck Equipment (“MTE”) stands behind the quality of the products and services we provide. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive reliable equipment and professional installations.
Warranty Coverage
- Parts & Equipment: All new equipment and parts installed by MTE are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Terms and coverage vary by manufacturer. Copies of specific manufacturer warranties are available upon request.
- Workmanship & Installation: MTE warrants its installation services to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Equipment modified or altered outside of manufacturer or MTE guidelines.
- Consumable items (e.g., filters, fluids, cutting edges, etc.).
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact MTE at (317) 849-4903 or email sales@mid-statetruck.com.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or work order number) and a description of the issue.
- MTE will inspect the equipment/installation and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Limitations
MTE’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective workmanship performed by MTE. Manufacturer warranties apply to all covered equipment and parts. MTE is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
